Monday this week I became victim to the hack that got PayPal a couple of months ago. It took all day to get everything taken care of and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed by my bank for the fraudulent activity on my account. Also, Last week a friend of mine became a victim of a key logger. His Trading account was compromised and as all of us here remember, there was a sale of 3 million shares at market (not a limit sale) causing the price per share to drop to .0118. The trading company froze his account until today. He changed his password and the trading firm credited him back his lost shares . That was last week, and today started a new week. I just got off the phone with him and today, equipped with his new password, the hacker proceeded to sell 1.5 Million shares and set up a wire of $ 20,000.00. He logged into his account to see 1.5 Million shares missing again and $20,000.00 missing from his account value. He immediately called, and this time it was much harder for him to convince the account rep he spoke to. He has now asked me to help his office manger to put GuardedID on his computer, and soon MobileTrust on his Mobile Phone.
