Same thing when it said in 10Q that their operation is dependent on funding, after they got funding they no longer say that.
Now imagine what'll happen to the PPS if they partnered with big Pharma that'll bring their cream to the market. I rather them say things will happen further in the future and its delivered earlier than the other way around.
