One more important issue that comes onto play with a share price increase to above $2 is a probable exchange uplist, which will attract new investors, possibly mutual funds which are currently prohibited from investing in OTC stocks. Also, inclusion in the Russell 3000 index which is a mandatory buy for many MF's. This will all create more demand than is currently applied. Share price can only increase if supply remains constant and demand increases.
