give free ("ad supported" ) trials
before, during, and after episodes
then offer users "no nuisance" "no ad" subscriptions

ads then create conversions
(who really wants ads ? )

you tolerate them in a free trial ( cuz its free), but no one really wants them

ads =partnerships
free = awareness
visitors and customers = happy
win x win x win

maybe ads help fund early business . create shareholder awareness too i guess

i like this route. i might invest after seeing a beta test. how they structure it all
