As discussed i have sent a board resolution to all parties concerned to effectively reduce the OS of on4 communications/Hexagon Holdings by the stated 1.4 billion common shares. this will be seen on the next financials. Once the name change happens i will reduce the AS by the 1b.

Does this mean the share reduction starts/effective next quarter? TIA
