I took a peek at BIEL yesterday. There seems to be quite a few investors/traders who think that the pps is headed to the upper regions and appear very excited about the prospects. I was thinking about putting a few bucks into this stock based solely on the emotion that it is generating. Are you familiar with BIEL?
