talking about debt structure:
conversion is at 0.008 for a total of 776k$ owing (that is not a big debt in my opinion) and it represent only 97 millions share ....considering that those shares trade at 0.01 (more or less) at the moment. very very reasonable.
now the 15 million financing at 82% market value is within the norm....actually I find it exceptional... (considering we are talking about a penny stock (literally a penny stock worth one penny) and the financing is worth 6X (more or less) the present market cap (less than 2 million)...that the management closed that deal is significant and VERY promising.
