The truth probably lies in the middle somewhere. Once the short attacks stopped CTIX momentum, the Aspire pressure began to snowball on us. This resulted in trial delays and expensive capital which did the rest.
Soon the Prurisol results will be in, the BTD verdict rendered, and the deals signed. The stock price will move skyward. Some will say it is because the balance sheet is fixed and Aspire is no more. Others will cry out at the wondrous short squeeze that has occurred. Again, the truth is likely somewhere in between.
We won't ever know the truth for sure so it doesn't matter. Once the stock is $10 I doubt any one will even care. So much bluster and fury over something that will be forgotten the day we are bought out.
