I don't disagree with your assessment of ANDI's current situation, but despite Starkweather setting expectations waaaay too high in January/February, the company has always stated Q3 is when we will see operational developments.
Q3 is 3 months (July, August & September) so I would normally advise peeps not to get their hopes up for much more new info in July but after the most recent Utopya tweet I would have to think we can expect to hear more very soon about what has been going on behind closed doors.
As a significant shareholder (25M+ ANDI shares) I have had my frustrated days as well, but I believe we can see a light at the end of the tunnel and it seems the fun is about to begin.
Remember according to potential customers/partners, ANDI's technology "could change the world." Technologies that "change the world" are typically valued in the HUNDREDS of BILLIONS of $$$$$
Just a little more patience peeps for what is hopefully a MASSIVE PAYOFF!!!
