I'm saying nobody on any of these boards has ever heard of them until they were publicly announced with ANDI. Have YOU ever heard of them before this? I doubt it.
Do we have proof of this $250 million contract?
How many preferred shares do you think had to be issued in order to acquire this company that has a $250 million contract? Not to mention all of the conversions that took place.
Never heard of Cycloides before they were announced to be involved with Utopya. Have you?
Again, I have never said this was a scam. What I said is that they have NOT made good on any of the things they said they would do. Go back to my list and tell me if they've done of them yet.

I believe in the evidence that we've seen thus far. Snarky comments from Jason Steinberg with nothing to back them up doesn't make it or him look any better, it makes him look unprofessional when he cries that shareholders are holding him accountable. I'm the reason for no news? Because I voiced my concern that they haven't made good on ANY promises made?
