I'm glad to see that the financial filings for GDSI have just been completed (see under the "News" section), so the company has achieved is fundamental task of bringing its information up to date, as required by the SEC.

I look forward to reading the next PRs, to see in greater detail where GDSI is heading. The offer has moved up, even if on low volume so far. Every shareholder will welcome the additional financial news made available today. I see it as a fundamental shift, as the company fulfills all its institutional obligations.
