IMHO a # 3. should be added to your list. That is the possibility of a settlement with SA being reached. We know SFOR & SA have had settlement talks. Perhaps the SA legal team has concluded their chances of prevailing, with the strength of their arguments, are slim either before the 3 judges and in a jury trial. SA management knows treble damages are a very real possibility. Their CFO would have briefed them on the severity of that impact on the company. It's a matter of company survival at this point they might be considering.
