My takeaway: Rothchild developed a product with great synergies with RMHB and specifically CBD. It's been hanging around the Southwest (RMHB's current turf) for years but never quite caught on. He's hoping to cash in to the tune of $230,000. He may get royalties on sales too ... not clear from the filing. That would have part of my ask, certainly.
What this points to, for me, is all the stuff that's going on that we don't know about. It is also encouraging for another reason as well. RMHB is on the handing-out, not the hand-out, side of the money ledger! When you combine this with the fact that they recently renegotiated a capital agreement in a manner that reduces their cost of cash because the funder wants in, i.e., access to stock at a discount, I read all this as very bullish. If my take is accurate, yesterday's abrupt and disconcerting drop in price was a pure anomaly, or an exercise in market manipulation.
