He did after hrs did last SHL but Havenstein is probably right it
may be another week or two before SB is ready to
officially do the O/S reduction and release the SHL.
Last SHL said if FINRA doesn't give approval by July 4th
SB would do the 1.4B O/S reduction, but he didn't say
what exact date he would make the O/S reduction official.
