Micah wanted to turn SFRX into a pump and dump and Kyle refused, thus the lawsuit and countersuit. Which Micah lost and was forced to turn over the shares he was trying to dump without proper legal paperwork filed. Because he's a criminal. Micah has moved on to EXPL now and that set up also works to benefit only Micah. OF COURSE he doesn't charge HIMSELF for his own services.
