If someone put shares at a .0148 ask I consider myself lucky to have been looking at my brokerage account at that very second. Really lucky. Too bad I only had enough for 7,511 shares. Yes it is suspicious trading for sure, but when the ask is that cheap you have to take advantage. It baffles me that the spread would have been .0142 and .0148 at that moment. I don't think a .0148 ask is anywhere near fair value even for today. We shall see.
