which would *by rote* .. lead an *observer* to think that P2O investors would *sell* PTOI *shares* .. instead since 2013 .. PTOI's *volume* has decreased from a wash traded 36M (2013/2014) to approx 13M and change for 2107 .. go figure
on an aside Finra's daily reg sho files for Friday are now *active* .. will try and get out last week's tape of trades .. either later on today or tomorrow ..
