Thats true-and I've never really liked the shipping sites since they are incomplete- depending on what direction ship is coming from sometimes arent listed until a couple days before on any particular site because such sites often rely on shore antennas w a range of only 40-100 miles

 though somebody who worked on these ships said the captain was suppose to notify the destination harbor master a certain number of days out-5-10 days? because harbor master has to coordinate applicable berths and terminals etc

I just wished we had been told if the ore at dock has been shipped IF it has-would save a lot of time refuting bashers scare tactics -such as Mexico cancelled all export permits that sb  keeps posting-and take a lot of ammunition away from bashers
