Regarding shares in the float, is there only 10MM?
As of the date of the 10K (Sept. 30, 2012):

Total 83,300,098 72.41%
83 million owned by leo and Dr menon, about 95m outstanding, so only 12m out there in the market?? Why does that number seem low to me (not that I am complaining)
