I have 14k shares on Capital one investing. Its small compared to most but ive been here for along time. I expect to be here until it rains RMHB everywhere.
My problem... Capital One has notified me that I have to sell all my shares as they are fractional shares? These are the only shares I have. Are they fractional shares?
