There is a 3 day rule. Once the company releases any information to anyone not in a CDA agreement, it has to release to everyone within 3 days. They can withhold the information as long as they choose and exchange information with CDA agreement companies. Management said there are nearly 20 CDAs with more they were reviewing some time ago.
