In my opinion these delays have insured the Treble damages awards. The wilful infringement has been obvious in these cases. R&G are going for the jugular on all these cases. Each ruling that comes down from the Supreme Court strengthens our cases immensely. All of these defendents have dug their hole deeper and they know it. They all had a chance to settle and decided to use their underhanded tactics instead of good faith negotiations. Godspeed R&G.....inflict maximum pain on these infringers and thieves...it is time...GLTA happy 4th everyone.
