Although the orals may take place in July, I do not believe they will be delayed until October. The cliché of justice delayed is justice denied comes to mind. The 3 judges, thanks to R&G, are fully aware of the negative financial impact SA's infringment is having on SFOR. Logically, I cannot see them letting the damage go on for another full quarter. Based on August being unavailable IMHO September is the latest the judges would allow things to drag on.
