Mr. Sabia reported that the measures his team has taken with regards to our HEMPd products on Amazon have resulted in our HEMPd sales from Amazon nearly doubling each week in June. We are pleased that we are off to a very good start, even before we add our flagship waters to the product line."

Welch concluded, "With the launch of our new HEMPd CBD water around the corner and HEMPd CBD flavored waters following close behind, our HEMPd brand and products will disrupt the CBD and hemp category. We will have one of the first full plant CBD waters and flavored water beverages on the market in this category.
