so in a monopoly situation like the usa big companies can play hardball w small companies and say take our deal or else( a deal which would destroy the small comapnies of course bc the lawyers who make the deals are trained to be evil and have no conscience

but in a market like portions of the eu market where a company might have a genuine interest without a determination to destroy the smaller company, thats a lot easier for NNLX to work with,esp when nnlx has already come to the difficult decision to make such agreements to propel growth
