I bought a private placement at a nickel 7 or 8 ys ago, trading at a dime, roughl y 90 millionish O/S at the time. where are we now. sub penny pink sheet mired in litigation, 430+ million shares out. not an iota of shareholder value ever created. so what are the odds here looking at past performance. fool me once etc. etc. so no thanks.
