FYI, here is the relevant part of my post on the other board regarding why I feel QMC is in the Catbird Seat ~
I have no objection to QMC doing business with Samsung or Nanosys as long as its on QMC's terms. If you really look at this seriously, QMC has the desired Cad-free QD, advanced Carbon and Blue QD, a fantastic mass-production system for virtually unlimited low-capex, fast expansion capability and low cost. So, who should dictate terms?
