Im not sure if this is exactly what your talking about but it looks like HHSE /Myflix will be getting a share of the video game market.

Access to the Video Games portal can be restricted or limited by parents under the Myflix subscription plan - enabling them to create rewards points earned from the Educational portal as a key to accessing the video games portal."
