Well, Yet another Fiscal year crawls slowly over the finish line.
Looking back at the past year, things look bleak to your humble reporter.
The Stock price is less than half of a year ago, bouncing along near a multi-year low, after being de-listed from the OTC BB down to the "Pinks".
Ongoing failure to file financial reports.
The revolving door in the Boardroom and at Accounting indicates lack of consensus or disorganization in Leadership,
Murky ongoing litigation issues.
Lack of funding forthcoming from partners to build China factory.
No Income.
I often wonder why I am still invested here. From an objective viewpoint, it does not seem rational.
BUT... Oh, Well, Free Beer Tomorrow!
