The court date is all speculation until it is set by the court. There is very compelling evidence in Strikeforce' favor with the PTAB decision and recent Supreme Court decisions but these would not expedite this case. SecureAuth missing a court timing requirement without justifying or qualifying it could change the Court's timing. We'll see.
