Contemporaneous record of manipulation attempts for a possible report to the SEC [June 29, 2018]:
15K bid outbidding retail automatically - tried .175, .128, .1282, .1285 before .135 stuck. At that point undercut fake ask at .1483 cancelled before I could get hit.
When I then hit the 5000 at .15 at 13:01:09 only MM AEXG failed to fill it until 13:01:49 - 40 seconds later (E*Trade execution is usually 1 second against ask shown available)..
Check all bid orders with 15K shares from 12:54:48 to 12:58:54 and ask cancellation of 5,100 shares at .1483 just before 13:01:09.
Also check illogical fake ask at .1495 with 5000 shares from MM CDEL at around 13:12 and subsequently replaced even lower at .1480 via MM CANT by 13:20.
Multiple further changes - probably from a single individual getting a different MM each time - not being done by a single MM.
.1497 removed replaced with .1499 (.1480 disappeared).
.1497 via OTCX by 13:27.
Check any orders placed with brokers from iHub user "robtewms"
