I would expect a lawsuit by his subscribers, especially due to the "sell at market all shares" statement as IMO that seems awfully shady and he could have really made a mint by selling short the prior day or two (during the fast spike) knowing that a ton of market sells would be coming on the market just a few days later. Above is strictly my thoughts and could have no basis in fact.

I know if I had just unloaded I would be quite happy to sue such a supposed "pro"
