The data lock also means that all questions, discrepancies, etc have been evaluated and resolved concerning the data. In essence, the data has now been scrubbed so that there should be no variables in how all analyzers will view the data. It is far more down the line than simply receiving the data. Now that the data is in black and white with no grey areas of concern between analyzers, they simply have to tabulate the data to come up with the results. IMO the hard part of the analyzing is done as the data has been scrubbed clean. What this means as to when IPIX will be receiving the final results I have no clue. My initial gut feeling is within a month but that is just a WAG. Absolutely no doubt it will be prior to Sept 30 so that $2MM is as good as being in the bank IMO
