Russian hackers may be preparing for a major strike against Ukraine. (Similar in scope & severity to what happened last year). I urged him to contact the Pentagon's Chief Information Officer for Endpoint Security guidance at his earliest convenience. If ever Ukraine needed the SFOR shield, it is now!
