Without concrete info, what else can we do? We can imply, infer, deduce, guess, believe, etc. all we want, but all that is subjected to actual validation with real facts; always. I believe you are splitting hairs and have soured on SIGO. That's your prerogative, but I do not plan on doing much more hand holding - do not have the patience for it.
