sox: First off while I sold my company I continue to be a Realtor just not as active. I did believe in full disclosure years before written disclosure by sellers was required by law and did my best to point out the good, the bad and the ugly on every listing I sold wanting my clients to realize what they were in fact buying with eyes wide open. Yes, I had some Realtors question why I was pointing out issues but I had many buyers thank me and I generated lots of referrals and repeat business by being ethical. Perhaps it is my Eagle Scout training but I have found that telling the truth and not trying to hide problems allows me to sleep nights with a clear conscience.
IPIX discloses its facts via filings and PR's and FINRA reports daily what the MM's report to them, nothing more nothing less on a daily basis. IMHO the MM's are fairly accurate in their daily reporting since UBSS and Credit Suisse were fined millions for not reporting truthful information.

But give these guys two weeks to hide those naked short sales and they are expert at doing so. That is why investors need to stand up and be counted demanding that regulators clean up the criminal activities in our markets.
Too many small companies like IPIX have been bankrupted by these crooks while investors who were having their pockets picked did nothing. We are fortunate that IPIX not only has the science but they also have savvy management. That combination will overcome the criminal attack IPIX is presently enduring. Have you written to your Congresscritters yet? Have you? Go IPIX!!!
