Maybe I am interpreting this incorrectly, but when I read the PR, the first thing that came to mind was IPIX needs funds to have Evonix produce large amounts of B as part of an upcoming deal. I also immediately thought that Aspire must be convinced that IPIX will hit the milestones within the timeframe noted to provide the upfront $2M. If this all happens in the next three months, I may still be able to pay cash for my youngest daughter's college tuition! IMHO
