SIGO did increase the sq footage in their Annual application.
They’ve always had SOP manuals for operations at Spence Road that are updated based on their experience through the ‘learning curve’. The ‘Protocols’ could be a reference to SOPs or a specific requirement in the Annual. I make this comment simply because, on the other board, bashers make SIGO sound like they are just rambling around trying to figure out what they’re doing. Contrary to bashers accusations, SIGO is executing and refining their Plan. Plenty of changes to the original plan, but I’m ok with that.
