Am I reading this correct? I’m not sure where you’ve come up with your analysis.
Aspire purchased 5.2 million shares at .38 cents. They will buy shares at 5 day average if milestone is hit up to the agreed amount paid which means they expect share price to rise, no?
Why would Aspire agree to purchase shares at .38 if they feel the price will decrease. They are not inclined to sell their shares because they will create price pressure by doing so. What is the bad in this scenario?
Thanks for the insight.
