My question is what would Bridgeport see now that it hasn't seen in the past that it decided to delay or rescind its offer? Contingencies I am guessing or something else?

Also, if David decided to just slog ahead without the funding how far could he get? UF 3.0 would be dead without the funds for A list content and he would have to wait a long time for income to come in from the Studios or somewhere else to buy it...unless he is working on getting funding from somewhere else, except he insinuated he was on top of that a couple of months ago when denny asked the question about alternate funding.

But for him to still go ahead with the conference call there must be more to this than we can see is my guess.
