CBD Help???
As I start buying my products from Hemp'd .... I have tried to determine what is the BEST DAILY DOSE application?
I have the Tlinctures and the vape, but with the tinctures you should use 1 to 2 dropper FULLS ... 2 to 3 times a day. With that application the bottle only last about 12 to 14 days. The vape also gets into bloodstream fast as tinctures but I personally don't like the after taste in my throat.
I feel my next step would be to try the capsules. That would be 25mg for CBD per pill.
I am after the normal health effects of CBD in the body for health benefits of fighting cancer and also for relief of my body aches and pains.
Has anyone here researched this topic? Thanks for any help.
