They have the green light from the SEC. They delisted because of the out standing toxic debt and shorting. They prevented a death spiral which they were smart enough to catch before it was too late. The bashing from liehole and such is truly immaterial in this situation especially when they received the cooperation of the SEC to delist. SEC knows what's going on. A PR from the company is not going to work against the company in anyway because of the bashers etc.
