hawks, what I find interesting about that is that I remember when driving through Illinois on my way to Florida, Illinois had the lowest Interstate speed limit, and the most cars pulled over for tickets. It has been 7 years since I drove it though. What I thought was a hazard was that cars speed limit was 65, but trucks was 60. Geez, I'd think an even flow would be safer than 2 speeds.
