I remember the last time news hit about a settlement. I recall that day of trading before that. Market makers and traders had no clue what was coming. It traded down that day and then the next day it skyrocketed. In my experience you can never view these trades as an indication as to whether news is coming soon or not. In the end, no one has any true idea as to when it is coming. It will catch people by surprise to say the least especially share price wise.
