Someone attempted to hold back / dupe people into selling into bid with fake lower asks at .1697 and .1550.
When hit for 10K set at .1698 - the .1550 lost his shares and the .1697 folded after only 5000 shares out of 8900.
Someone got taught a lesson there.
9000 at .1698 next.
