$TMPS Glad to see the bid is in. We won't hear anything on that for months though but that's how government works (I know, I worked for them for too long!).

But the good news is that Terry admitted to prioritizing the SEC filings. For investors that's more important than for the penny flipping, beer and pizza money people.

Terry's wife works for the company. Hopefully she's helping him get everything prepared.
