I have a friend that is an investment banker, that I was telling him about HJOE and asked him what are the chances HJOE will every trade again. He did some research for me (we go back to high school days), looking over the last 10 years on 500+ companies that where in the same situation as HJOE. Based on his review only 1 company actually relisted. (Keep in mind that some of these company may have come back under different company names, but it at least gives us some indication of what may or may not happen). Based on this there is a .002% chance of HOE relisting. This does not mean HJOE will not relist, but we should all understand that the chances are slim. Hopefully HJOE will be that 1 diamond in the ruff.
