If you go back to the previous Balance Sheets you will see that the payment to Cogosense happened during the period ending 1/31/18.
No additional payment was made during the next ninty days and therefore DID NOT affect cash balance.
Lack of disclosure on his financials about a factory is strange since SB tends to put the kitchen sink in those filings. I don't doubt the cost of production is lower (based upon a new mold) but I do doubt the story of how it it was achieved. Maybe On4 can finally lower the retail price of the units to achieve higher sales.and keep his margins the same.
