imo what NR *reports* is % based (and why it matters who *reports* what to Finra each month re: MM Monthly) .. and clearly NR *cant* cover IPIX
certainly interesting (and revealing) to see NRs' gyrations over the last few months result less than 100k *covered* .. since this time last year
