From an authoritative standpoint, try to get a copy of the email where the CEO told us he's only communicating with us the least amount required by law. He lays it all out.
That's why I knew no PR was coming out, or really should have. He already told us in another email that he's submitting by the 25th. Companies don't PR for bid submission, according to authorities in this field.
Terry also said he was sending out an 8-K three weeks ago last Friday, but that never happened either nor an email follow up.
So, Terry is keeping his word. Least amount possible. He is consistent.
